INTRODUCTION

This pattern includes instructions for three different ornament designs: fan shape, round shape, and hexagon shape. Each ornament uses short rowing technique to turn and create the shapes. Just a little way to bring holiday cheer as ornaments on your tree or to use in any room as a garland decoration.

 YARN:

DK weight or fingering weight held double.

The most you will need is 10 grams of yarn total per ornament.

·       All samples were knit with leftover yarn from past projects.

·       You can knit solid color, alternating colors, three or four colors. Combinations are endless!

NEEDLE: US 5 / 3.75 MM or size needed to obtain gauge

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS:

Fan: 5 ¼”/13.5 cm at widest

Hexagon: 4 ½”/ 11 cm at widest

Round: 5”/ 12.5 cm at widest

GAUGE: 20 sts by 40 rows in 4”/10cm (in garter stitch after blocking)
